According to the "Regulations on the Management of National Postgraduate Admissions in 2021" and the "Measures for the Admission of Postgraduate Students in South China Normal University in 2021", these procedures are formulated in conjunction with the actual enrollment work of the graduate students of our institute with the principles of equity, fairness, and openness.
I. The requirements of candidates for entering into the interview
Candidates must meet the mininium scores of Mater Admin Exama according to the national score line for A area to participate in the interview of the major. Implementing a re-examination of the difference, the ratio of the difference is 1:1.5.
II. The time and form for the interview
The candidates with SCNU as the first choice: April 1st, 2021;
Other candidates: April 2nd to 6th, 2021 (The specific time will be confirmed and anounced later).
III. The Interview Arrangement
1. Candidates must submit all required documents by email to 034yz01@scnu.edu.cn before the interview.
Files include ID card, academic certificate (graduate student provide Students Card), education or student certification report (fresh students submit the "Ministry of Education Online Verification Report", previous students submitted "Ministry of Education Certificate Electronic Registration Record Form" or " China Higher Education Qualification Report, a political review form (required to cover the unit's red stamp)(http://yz.scnu.edu.cn/ziliaoxiazai/), annual acadmic rescore and commitment Letter.
2. Interview form: online; the interview will last for at least 20 minutes each candidate
The interview will include the porofesional knowledge test, foreign language skill test (listening and speaking) and more general knowledge and skills.
IV. Results, proposed admission
1. Calculation of total score
a. Interview score: to be quanlified for further consideration, the interview score must at least 60.
b. Total score = (entrane exam score/5 + interivew score)/2.
2. The candidates will be ranked according to their total scores, and the best candidates will be offered based on our entrollment number of students depends on the major.
3. The finall proposed candidates with our offer will be published on the website for ten working days.
